Hubble repair flight OK'd, but first NASA needs $900M (USA Today)

The seven astronauts will fly to Hubble between May and October 2008 to add two new science instruments and fix a third. They'll also replace degraded power and orientation systems. Once or maybe twice in your life time you will come across a person that has the same passion for the specific line of work that you're in. Someone that is willing to take risks to get the job done. Someone that refuses to listen to the nay-sayers "it can't be done". "This is impossible". Someone that puts less emphasis on the fiscal gain and more on the discovery.
